We offer only nice, clean, single-family homes in very good condition. We offer very affordable rates - generally well below market! In exchange, we require responsible tenants who respect and care for their homes! We rent only to families possessing the means, ability, and willingness to take loving care of the house AND yard. We inspect our properties regularly (generally every 6 months) and will NOT renew to tenants who do not care for the home properly! We work hard to provide our tenants with a lovely home and a positive living experience, and are searching for tenants who appreciate and will participate in that endeavor!

Renting a home is different that renting an apartment! Tenants are expected to be able to perform mundane maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, unstopping drains, and relatively minor things of that nature. Yard care is also an important requirement. As good neighbors, it is important that our tenants take pride in their yards and the visual presentation of the home. Lawns must be mowed and edged regularly, and mulch beds maintained. We provide a $200/mo discount for tenants to actively provide this service themselves! A local lawn service company will be contracted for any tenants who do not maintain the yard adequately.
